"Hi, I would like to send this 'Smart package' to Germany"You see, a so called Smart package from the Norwegian postal service can ONLY be sent within Norway. But with the great christmas rush, people who have barely sent a letter in their entire life, come to my post office and have absolutely no clue about anything and assumes that a Smart package can be sent outside the country.
Needless to say, I experienced hundreds of customers thinking like this during the christmas rush.
